"We had a wonderful experience working with Cascade Fence and Decking. Omar was our original contact providing us with excellent recommendations on design and details about the build out. Our construction crew included Levi, Tavis and Avin. Polite, accommodating, hard working and always willing to go a step beyond in making sure we got the deck that we wanted. We could not be happier. The entire team had stellar communication skills and follow through. We chose the Deckorators composite decking as it is supposedly less slippery than Trex. To no surprise however, it did ice up immediately after installation following a rain and freezing night time temps. I guess that is to be expected with any product and I am really glad we decided to add a handrail to our stairs! Highly recommend this crew."

"Very well! Joe worked closely with us to satisfy our dream of having our 'East Coast' screened in deck in the PNW. He was transparent about the unknowns and worked hard to find answers and solutions. Although it was a costly project, we are pretty sure the final product costs were significantly lower than our other bid(s). Joe found very high quality sub-contractor workers and negotiated to a favorable price. And, he also held true to his word. Specifically, he made right when property damage occurred (that was a result of unanticipated weather) and honored original estimate costs even when some contractor labor was much more extensive than first anticipated. We are very pleased with our finished covered and screened in deck and would highly recommend Joe as a knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair contractor who communicates well and often."

"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."
