"Wonderfully! Lifetime was not the lowest bidder on either project but offered much more value and a LIFETIME warranty which really helped on resale. During our house project (~$30,000) the project manager pointed out that because there actually was no problem behind the brick facia (original forensic finding by another firm said there was), we could save several thousand $ by not removing/replacing. They didn't have to tell us that but they did, and that's the kind of company they are...they have their customer's best interest in mind. Similarly during the townhome community project (~$1,200,000) they found some exterior wiring issues not caught by the city inspectors and fixed them at NO Charge! And their cost to re-roof the townhomes was tens of thousands less than comparable bids. During the past year we ended up selling both units for a handsome profit almost instantly, due in no small part to the increased curb appeal and lifetime warranty. "Chebo is amazing the attention to detail and making sure everything was done right is clear when you are working with him. He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. I bought new handsets and locks for all the doors and he even installed them after painting the doors. He then gave us detailed options based on the extent of work to be included.
