Ramon is a delight and a pleasure to work with he is professional, responsive, upfront very transparent and gives you any kind of option that you might need to get the project done. He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. "I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"Rufus Aylwin and Aylwin Construction have been operating for years in the Portland area. We find they are easy to work with. This was the second time Rufus helped us out. He was strongly recommended by a friend and Realtor. The roof was leaking and Rufus immediately sent members of his team to tarp the leaking part of the roof It was an old roof and overdue for replacement. The new roof was applied after installing several damaged plywood sheets. We no longer live in the Portland area so this had to handled long-distance. We have confidence in their professionalism."
