Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Orem, UT

"We just had Silver Lake Construction repair our deck. We had a deck built for us last year that was really bad quality and unstable. The original builder was unresponsive. I spoke with Silver Lake construction and they came out the same day to inspect our deck and give us a quote. They were able to start on this project just a few days later and got it done quickly. They were very transparent with everything. Our deck looks great now - stable, level, and a lot nicer."

"We hired Malcolm to do our restaurant tenant development from scratch. He did a wide range of jobs, from concrete, framing, drywalls, to painting, carpentry, etc. This guy is a kind of perfectionist. You don't need to keep your eyes on him all the time. You can just tell him what you want, and show him a picture if you cannot describe what you want exactly, He can deliver that. I took many pictures of his work. If you would like to see, I am glad to show you. Those frames he did were very beautiful. He aligned every line and made every corner and connection tight. Also, he always thinks in our shoes to help you save money. He gave us lots of good suggestions and took advantage of some wasted materials. We worked with him for about three months, and witnessed that he built the restaurant up. If there is one thing I would complain, I would say that he probably have higher standards than people who hired him. So, if you want to assist him in his work, make sure that you can do as good as he does. Or ask him how you can do that better, he is willing to show you the way."

"Checked and adjusted the threshold on front door, advised us to get thicker, high quality weatherstripping for side that light shines through. We did the weatherstripping ourselves since it was easy to measure, cut and fit into slot in door frame. Will definitely rehire for other jobs."

"Cesar did an awesome job! He removed three large concrete footings left from some old fence posts, and then installed three new 4x4 fence posts with new concrete footings. He gave me a bid, started that same day, and then finished on the second day. I couldn't have been more pleased. He works hard, is honest and reliable. Thank you Cesar!"

"We connected on the net , they responded quickly. We decided on a time for the next day. They were on time, ( something unheard of here in St George) got the job done in NO time. I could not be happier or pleased with their ability and knowledge as to how the concrete needed to be opened up without damaging any water lines beneath it. I am a happy camper and would recommend this company totally."

"My deck turned out beautiful. I would have preferred the guys would have hauled off the garbage daily instead of waiting till the last day."

"The owner and his team came in and within two days completed the project. Had expressed concern about one of the beams used there were splits all the way down both sides. The owner said it was the best beam that was in stock. My concern is after the expense of the project why the owner wouldn't want the best material to represent his business. Was told to register trex I've yet to receive an email from him. Had requested the post be replaced don't feel comfortable with the integrity of the post. Since the completion of the project I've not heard back from the contractor. Feel like after the sale the follow up service is just as important, and I'm not seeing that from this company. The team was fast and efficient and I'm happy about that, but just don't feel my concerns were addressed as I would have liked about the post specifically. So if you hire them just make sure you have everything you want before final payment, or you might never hear back from them. So overall quick turn around once the team starts A grade, follow up with customer after project D grade."

"Sione and all of his crew were extremely professional and performed superior work. They removed a very badly heaving, sinking, cracking and spalling driveway and walkway. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the driveway looks. Sione also investigated and identified a problem with a footer that was sinking that supported the roof over a patio. Sione devised a plan and installed a new footer, filled voids under the concrete patio, and replaced two basement stairs and a sinking drain pad. If you want quality work that is performed to the HIGHEST STANDARD then hire Sione and Jay Concrete. Sione always keep us informed when work would be completed and if there were or might be delays"

"Cesar is an expert in Sprinkler Repair and Landscaping. My sprinkler system was old and broken. He was able to install new parts and fix what could be fixed. He removed all my dead weeds/sod at my request and installed new good soil and sod. I am so happy with the work he does. I would recommend his work to anyone! He knows what he is doing!"
