"I contacted the provider and didn't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. The provider called and said he would be by the next day and then didn't show up. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday. The actual installers did a great job with the work."

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards.
