Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.
