"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. He did stick to his original cost estimate for the work, but he ended up doing a lot more work (wood repairs and gutter connections) than originally predicted. In addition, he and his crew moved a large piece of furniture over the roof onto the deck and then into the house. We had requested this because the size of the couch precluded the normal front door entry. No extra costs were charged! and quot;No nickle and dimingand quot; was Bill's motto. "Adam did a great job. He was on time, inspected the chimney and said it was cleaner than he would have expected given the length of time since the last cleaning. He gave me the option of deferring the cleaning for several months, which would save the added cost. I chose to have the cleaning done instead of scheduling a second visit. Adam put down tarps to protect the carpeting, brought in his tools and went to work immediately. It seemed like he was in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend him."

"Westco was amazing. their bid came in thousands lower than two other bids we received. they were effecient, professional and very happy workers...actually singing on the job! the forman checked in often and kept me up to date on the progress and procedures. they replaced several pieces of rotten wood around the edges of the roof as well. replaced some broken supports under the roof also. we were living inn the house at the time and all went very smoothly and all was cleaned up when done. highly recommend."
