We had multiple points of entry and Gilbert recommended sealing them securely with trenching using galvanized mesh and stakes, and then monitoring with traps and frequent inspections. We went with his recommendation, and have been thrilled with the work and results. Andres did a spectacular job of sealing all entry points and then repairing some duct and insulation damage that the rats had caused. Following a thorough cleanup, the space is rat free with plans to continue to monitoring regularly. Ratman provides a year warranty, so we anticipate based on other reviews that Gilbert will be responsive if needed should we see any evidence of further problems. He was true to his word that what he suggested was a remedy that would be the most cost-effective solution that would address the problem and best ensure against problems in the future.
