"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "Lee initially inspected the flashing during a separate furnace installation. Later, he was easy to contact, and was able to squeeze the job in on short notice before the weather was too cold for it.  He was happy to show me the work up on the roof when he finished it. I can't comment on whether this fixed the problem of the water drips in the bathroom because there hasn't been extreme precipitation since the job was done. But I am happy with the work thus far. I did not rate the quality of the work because I'm not knowledgeable, but I am confident that it was a good job, and I plan to hire Lee for some tuck pointing when the weather allows in springtime.
