"Rick was very punctual. Very polite and explained everything very throughly. There were complications with repairing the door, because a totally new jam needed to be milled. Rick explained all of this after he had pulled the old frame out. The job cost more than we both had anticipated, but Rick was very generous with his time and materials. At all times Rick kept in contact with me to keep me posted ont the progress. <br /> The door is wonderful. "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"I learned of Gonzalez Band I through a brick supplier. My insurance agent suggested the supplier as a source of someone who could manage the multiple tasks I had. I then checked with Angie's List, and found the company had very good ratings, although not very many total ratings. I called to arrange a visit and estimate. Mauricio happened to be in my neighborhood and showed up about 15 minutes after my call! He understood the nature of the work to be done and emailed me an estimate and job task listing that night. <br /> A large tree that had been planted years ago too close to my house was causing the damage described above. Once I had the tree and stump removed, I accepted Gonzalez Band I estimate by email. We set the date for the work and the team and equipment arrived as scheduled. The completed the tasks of excavating, large root removal, small root removal, sealing, backfilling, brick replacement, tuck pointing, and trim restoration in a highly satisfactory manner. They leveled the excavation area, cleaned up the driveway, and hauled away the removed root pieces. <br /> The team of 3 were well organized, each working their area of expertise and helping the others. They began about 9:00 am and finished by mid-afternoon. All 3 were committed to doing excellent work."
