They paid attention to every detail including the tricky siding where the flat roof met up with the siding. They removed siding to make sure the flat roof material went far enough up the side of the house to ensure that water could not get in. They replaced the siding perfectly. The estimator, the project manager, the crew foreman and the crew we very nice people who understood roofing. A great combination of talent and personality."

I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time.
