He showed up every day, worked hard, communicated well when there were questions, allowed us to ask questions and worked with us when the bathroom vanity had to be returned and we had to choose another model. He accommodated a question about having more room under the bathroom sink and was in good spirits the entire time. We have plans to call Joe again based upon this experience. "AMN showed up on time and did the work -installed new clean out- (the old one was broken and full of roots) They put plastic down to protect the driveway and shoveled the dirt onto the plastic as the dug up the sewer line. When they were finished, the area was immaculate. You’d never know there had been a huge dirt pile. They even hosed down the driveway. I will definitely use Alan at AMN again, and I’ve referred him to others."

"This was the second time I had Brian Little at my home for a plumbing repair.  The experience was excellent both times.  This incident was caused by a pipe under the kitchen sink falling out, releasing a substantial amount of water and creating quite a mess over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  I called Brian the next business day and he offered to come out the next day, although my schedule didn't permit.  He arranged a time at my convenience and inspected the problem.  We arranged another appointment and he arrived promptly, fixed the problem, and charged a fair price.
