"You cannot go wrong with this contractor! He is professional, has a talented crew and does excellent work. They are reliable, at work on time, clean up their workspace and come in within budget I used Adam and company to refresh and upgrade multiple rooms, including two bathrooms and a kitchen. They look great! He was quick to answer my questions, gave good recommendations and suggestions that I am very happy with. Much of the work had to be done while I was out of town and Adam kept up regular communication which helped resolve unexpected issues and still met my expectations. I highly recommend this company."

"I hired Bobby and his team to do an addition to my house. They added on 750 ft.² the back of my house, adding a room and opening up my kitchen on top of that they built it, beautiful porch along the backside of the house. They are very professional and Work well with their clients to achieve the vision that we went in front of them. Bobby came up with ideas to help move the project along and make it everything you can hope for and more. I have recommended them to numerous family members and friends and would have them do more work for me in the future."

"I hired them because they could handle everything I needed. I had to have a drywall replacement, painting, a cabinet replaced, and all the kitchen and laundry room flooring done. They crew was accepting of my animals and my boyfriends teacup chihuahua-who consistently barked when they came in. they are very polite and professional."

"Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."

"Billy and his crew did a fine job. They turned an outdated 20+ year old bathroom to a masterpiece. As a bonus, they all spoke English. I would recommend Arizona Restoration Experts for any home improvement on your home improvement list. They also kept my house clean."

"Ninja Builders did an excellent job on the roof repair. The contractor showed me pictures he took of where the damage was located and he updated me with pictures of his progress as the work continued through completion. I am very satisfied with the work they performed."
