"My sales guy, Elton Cross, was very knowledgeable. He explained the difference between a water softener and a water treatment system to me to help me decide which system I really wanted. He was very patient while I struggled with Experian to unfreeze my credit report so he could process the finance contract. He was very pleasant to talk to. My installation team was also very pleasant and courteous. The system isn't active yet because it has to soak but they will be back when the 48 hour period is finished to hook me up for that good water to come through those pipes to my house. Can't wait. "Had a water heater go back and they determined that it was probably still under Kenmore parts warranty (since only 2 yrs old) so recommended I first call they to see (and it was where I got a free replacement through Kenmore) rather than have them do anything, so I greatly appreciated that. Since they determined that 15mins into the service call, I had them also replace an old external water spigot that was hard to turn on. They did a great job with that, even replacing the bib pipe since it had rusted and had minimal breaking into the wall."

"Sal and his son Joe were very conscientious in the way they performed their work. The main issue was replacing a water heater and this was done very well. They also did some faucet and supply line cutoff replacements and one did turn out to be difficult and required rework. They did this with no complaint and got it corrected quickly. They explained things accurately and let us know what will happen each step of the way before it happened."
