"we called Robert and he came out the same day actually with in a hour and a half. we showed him the leak and told him everyone who has been out wanted to replace the underlayment on the side that was leaking. He went up took pictures and explained what the problem was and how we could do a repair. He was very knowledgable and made sure we understood what we were dealing with. We hired him and he fixed it the same day due to rain coming the next day. It rained and we stayed dry!!!!! it turns out we didn't need to replace all the underlayment on that side.
