We had several projects going simultaneously, from interior paint to exterior landscaping/turf install, to a major renovation with exterior door installation. After our painting was complete our neighbors came over, after just having had their home painted by another company, and were so impressed by the quality of work that they asked for our contractors contact info, since the results were so much better than theirs! They are reliable, at work on time, clean up their workspace and come in within budget I used Adam and company to refresh and upgrade multiple rooms, including two bathrooms and a kitchen. They look great! He was quick to answer my questions, gave good recommendations and suggestions that I am very happy with. Much of the work had to be done while I was out of town and Adam kept up regular communication which helped resolve unexpected issues and still met my expectations. I highly recommend this company."

"I hired Bobby and his team to do an addition to my house. They added on 750 ft.² the back of my house, adding a room and opening up my kitchen on top of that they built it, beautiful porch along the backside of the house. They are very professional and Work well with their clients to achieve the vision that we went in front of them. Bobby came up with ideas to help move the project along and make it everything you can hope for and more. I have recommended them to numerous family members and friends and would have them do more work for me in the future."

"Ninja Builders called me within seconds of my HomeAdvisor request to confirm the appointment. I appreciated this promptness. Also, Michael called to keep me posted of the timing of his arrival (I had been given a window of time initially) and I also greatly value that. He arrived when he said he would, was courteous, and helpful. Although I did not hire them because the problem was not what I thought it was - Michael helped me understand what was going on and didn't sell me something I didn't need. If I have need for a contractor in the future, I will call Ninja."

"Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."

"I hired them because they could handle everything I needed. I had to have a drywall replacement, painting, a cabinet replaced, and all the kitchen and laundry room flooring done. They crew was accepting of my animals and my boyfriends teacup chihuahua-who consistently barked when they came in. they are very polite and professional."
