"Difficult to start with a lack of communication. Once started, the project went over schedule due to lack of resourcing. Quality of work was poor due to wood damage caused by nail gun. Inconsistency in usage between nails and screws. Mistakes made were corrected however wood was not replaced which reflected multiple nail holes. Quality wood was not used consistently.
