"They did exactly what we asked them to do. Additionally - on the first day, we asked if they could & would also replace baseboard trim & door casing(trim) and they said yes! They got it done for a fair price and very reasonable amount of time! They came when they said they would. It all looks great."

"I plan to hire them to replaced some doors. I ended up hiring Ryno Resources they were recommended by HomeAdvisor, I received a great price."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Dakota replaced some old and rotted deck boards for us. He was extremely responsive calling me back within minutes of my inquiry. His estimated cost for the work was on-target and fair. He advised me on how to order the deck boards from a local store and picked them up for me. Two days after meeting with him to go over the job he completed the work like he stated. I'd definitely recommend Dakota to neighbors and other people I know."

"I am extremely pleased with the service i received from Marquise. The home I moved into needed a few repairs done as well as some rooms painted. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I had the carpets already done and he took great care to insure everything stayed protected. My walls looked absolutely beautiful! He also did some repair work to a few things around the home and got everything looking good and up and running. 100% would hire again if ever in need of these services."

"It was great, they were in and out got the job done! Door works good as new!"

"Shawn C. has worked on multiple projects for me including, but not limited to: fence repair, trim carpentry, flooring, lawncare, and soon will be hanging my Christmas lights. I plan to hire him in the Spring to paint the exterior of my house, continue my lawncare, and help me with water control issues. Shawn is a flexible, hard-working, dedicated handyman and so much more. Heâ s a problem solver who consistently communicates his thoughts and concerns to ensure understanding for the best possible results. Always shows up to work on time and keeps his workspace safe and tidy at all times. If he is running behind or needs to change plans, Shawn will not hesitate to send a text or call and then works diligently to accommodate his valued clients schedule. I could not be happier with each and every project heâ s work on for me. Very highly recommended!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I've had A-1 do several repairs for me. They are the ultimate handyman. They have done little things like installing a ceiling fan to replacing my subflooring after a leak in the house. The last time they were out to replace a deck post that a tenant backed into and broke. I called on a Saturday at 1pm and they were at the villa with a fix by 6:30pm that same night. That level of service is tough to find at the lake."
