"We needed our sewer line replaced. The estimate we received from the company we had been using was astronomically high. I called a few places and Pipedex promptly returned my call. They came out the day after Christmas, when their office was still closed for the holidays. My husband is in a wheelchair, so digging up our floors was not an option. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work.
