"B&D submitted three different bids based on features/add-ins, etc. Very easy to work with. Professional and friendly. Responded promptly. When plumbing vent on the roof could not be installed in January, they returned in April to complete the project. Did not have to remind them! Very happy! Would not hesitate to call again!"

It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly.
