"The service guy was very friendly and nice and installed side/ kitchen door and he put the studs for the shutter on every window and he numbered the shutters. I have no complaints regarding the above information. What I do complain about is they are very expensive. The sales guy promised someone would go around every window and add caulking to all my windows to make sure they are sealed. He also stated someone would come out and inspect the door to make sure it was installed properly and that was untrue. When I purchased another door from a competitor they put sealant in all the holes where the screws were so it would look more clean and nice. I called and spoke to someone at Morgan Exteriors and they stated they will not be sending anyone else out and I would need to purchase some sealant and do it myself. Ugh. For the amount of money I spent I should have just went to Home Depot. This was a very expensive lesson learned.. Shop around.."

"Mr.Somerville, through the 3 month complete demo-to-reno of a mobile home, always informed us by text and cell of progress & materials selections. Joe provided an estimate & broke the cost of labor and materials into 3 payments. When we agreed to an addendum, the work increased the value of the project. We have to express our satisfaction with the remodel of floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, even new skirting around the bottom. His shower and tub tile work looks gorgeous. Kitchen cabinets and counters were beautifully installed. Initially, I called Somerville because his Deltona location made more sense than hiring someone who had to drive from Orlando. "We knew we were taking on a big project when we decided to remodel two of our home?s three bathrooms.  My partner and I had been discussing what we wanted to replace our late 80?s era foyer hall half-bath and master bathroom for some time.  We knew we wanted a contemporary look with high end finishes and a shower that .  For some reason these bathrooms had a door connecting them and the tile used in our foyer ran all throughout the entryway and both bathrooms and so from a scope standpoint it made sense to tackle both bathrooms and replacing of the entry tile all in one project.
Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, we asked Superior Craftsman to bid on our project.  During this process we got the
impression from everyone we met that they were invested in satisfying our requests and earning our business.  We had done a lot of research beforehand, but Joe Guinta, in particular, really helped us bring all of our design ideas together.  This was above and beyond the level of involvement that we saw from other contractors/designers and that commitment was a primary factor is our choosing of Superior for our project.   
Our project schedule faced some challenges due to the fact that the remodel would be proceeding from through the holidays.  Tony Monto was on top of things making sure the project kept rolling.  We had some scheduling
challenges with houseguests and the holiday?s intervening, but it all came together.
All of the workers who came into our home were professional, friendly and very neat and we were pleased with everyone?s work.  Al George?s attention to detail was evident in the level of craftsmanship he brought to the custom cabinetry installation
and finish carpentry.  Our tile ?artist? John and his team did some amazing work.
As things progressed there were a few times when my partner and I felt we should make changes to the design.  Tony and Joe were very responsive and offered good feedback about which changes would be practical and which not.
We enjoyed working with the guys from Superior Craftsman and by the end of the project they had become like part of the family.  The finished results are stunning and our experience was superior.
