Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done. "We wanted a different look to the front of the house that required altering the framing for new windows. Harold was very thorough, both in what he quoted and how his team performed the work. He estimated correctly that the siding on the front of the house could be reused and pointed out how the design needed to be altered slightly as work progressed. We were very pleased with the whole project and have hired his team again for a smaller project. Due to the fairness of his price, I believe he is in high demand, and overlooked delays in responsiveness. We got a quote of $10,000 for the same job by one of the big firms in the area, where you may not have to wait as long. For me, it was well worth the savings to wait and be understanding."
