Even though it took two weeks from start to finish to complete the project through no fault of his own due to extreme heat and very high humidity along with storm chances every day, the deck looks amazingly beautiful. "The job was a bit expensive, but it's not a small house, though a neighbor is getting their house done by someone else for $1000 less. The house and trim look good, until you get really close. House color on trim edges that should be a different color. All over spray wasn't cleaned up well, no masking was done. Lots of paint on the driveway, in the grass and on the upper deck. Areas in the yard where brushes and equipment were cleaned, or where paint was spilled are now dead, I will have to reseed those areas when it gets cooler. For the most part we are satisfied, but attention to detail was lacking."

The quality of Windows, Warranties, Sales, Service, & Installers are top notch 2nd to none. The owner David came out the day of installation just to make sure everything was getting done correctly and to check in to make sure I was happy with the windows. "very well. I had a detailed quote from Graystone Painting within 2 days of contacting them. Once we determined they would be doing the work, we were on the schedule. Painting began on schedule and they were done on-time. Crew was VERY professional, TOP quality, and courteous. We were also having a new deck installed at the same time they were painting. They took great care to ensure we got no paint splatters on the new deck and worked with the construction crew. Within 2 hours of being done, one of the owners stopped by to do a walk-around and make sure we were satisfied. They also returned a couple of days later to ensure satisfaction. Customer Service is top notch! We will be reaching out to them again for interior OR exterior painting."
