"I had a delightful experience with this company. I bought the wood from them and they also did the installation. Very pleased with the bundle and the price I got. They gave me several choices to choose from, and I ended up selecting an oak flooring, very thick, gorgeous wood. Price was reasonable and like I said, they gave us a discount for doing the installation with them as well. Their work is very professional. The employees are constantly working and making sure they advance the work. Hector was always supervising and calling me to see if I was satisfied with the floor. I also liked the fact that they are fast, they only took around 10 days to install the entire house. I stayed in the property all the time and I can say they are clean and organize, so you won't have a problem with this. However, keep in mind it's a remodeling project, so you will have some dirt, but nothing you cannot deal with. I also bought the baseboards because the old ones did not make justice to the new floor; I highly recommend to get new baseboards if you are putting new floors. I am very happy with my wood floors and I would recommend Martinez without a hesitating to do hardwood floors."

They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! "When i called we discussed what I was looking for. He explained I needed to look at a place that sells mobile home items such as for the tub so it would fit correctly. Saving me a HUGE headache! Whenever I had a question he had no problem answering it. On our agreed upon date for installation he arrived early and immediately began working. He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! Hard to find such service anymore! He was friendly and took pride in his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home improvements.

"It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."
