"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. "Len Lombardo was proactive in contacting me both via email and phone in order to schedule the installation.
The solar fan was installed and began working immediately. The impact of this new addition was clear within an hour of its installation. It's made the second floor of our home much more comfortable during this recent heat spell.
In addition to supervising the installation of the fan, Len reviewed the exterior of my home and provided me with an estimate for some additional work that needs to be done. I will likely obtain additional estimates. Regardless of whether or not I hire Len for the job, I appreciated his persistence and knowledge.
Everything went smoothly except that the original installation date had to be changed when Len discovered that his supplier was out of the fans.  I was troubled by the fact that he hadn't ensured that he would have the materials in hand in order to do the job that he had scheduled. However, he was appropriately apologetic about that matter and quick to reschedule as soon as possible."
