He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. "I called and the repair was scheduled 24 hrs. later at a specific time. The next day the plumber called me when approximately 30 min. from my house. I was able to leave at lunch and meet him. I showed him the work to be done. He showed me how he would proceed and got started. I left him to finish the job and gave instructions on how to leave the house. When I returned home from work I found the work complete, the water turned on and no leaks. The house was secured when he left.
