Roofing Force was not the cheapest, but after studying reviews, they were the most qualified in the metal roofing we wanted. We definitely got we what paid for. The crew immediately got to work on arrival and didn't stop until it got to dark. All the work was completed in 2 days. Roof is amazing and should save on cooling cost in the summer and more resistant to Kansas weather (had asphalt shingles). The seamless gutters are amazing and the rough construction they did for us to fix the fascia boards is superb. These guys are worth every penny and more. So glad we went with Roofing Force. The new skylights are vastly superior to what we had (recommended by our sales rep Doug). Don't know If I get to add a picture of the work done for us, however, we could not be more pleased with Roofing Force. Simply awesome to work with and the end project result is more than we had hoped for. As far as price, just a few more dollars than their nearest competitor, but when looking at how long Roofing Force has been doing steel roofs, and the length of time their work force has been doing roofing (the crew working for us had 10-16 years of experience per individual with Roofing Force - they knew what they were doing), the buyer simply can not get a better deal or end result. Would without hesitation recommend Roofing Force for not only roofs, but their expertise in seamless gutter and sky lights."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"After deciding to go forward with purchasing and having a Radon mitigation system installed, we never imagined having one in place by the weekend. This was made possible by Roger and his prompt reply to our phone call and his willingness to meet with us quickly as he happened to be finishing a job in our remote area. He explained in detail how a mitigation system works and developed two options paired with a cost estimate for each build. He then made arrangements to install our system that very weekend after he finished a job earlier in the day. The install was very systematic, no doubt aided by his training as an engineer. He is very interesting to talk to as I followed him around watching him that afternoon. He maked it look easy giving us peace of mind relatively instantly. He left his instant read meter to monitor the reduction of Radon over the next 4 days before returning to check the system. Only then after confirming mitigation below acceptable EPA Radon levels did he leave a billing statement. Good business! Four months later we have had zero problems and do not expect any. His warranty is also transferable to new home ownership if necessary. As a business owner involving daily customer service, I greatly appreciate his attentiveness, confidence and expertise. I would highly recommend his product and services. Good on you Roger!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
