"Dean was a fantastic fit for our remodel! We removed a small bathroom, added a full bathroom in another section, replaced siding, moved windows, added a peninsula and replaced countertops. Dean was perfect for all of it! He's knowledgeable, shoots straight, and struck the right balance between speaking up and making our vision happen. There were times we had to push for what we wanted, and the final result always worked out so well. We regularly showed him examples of what we wanted, and it was great to see that quickly translate into steps and materials. I had no concerns about my small children being around his team. They were careful and kind. There were times where something was missed or messes were made, but it's construction. They always made it right. My main concern was my own fault. We added onto the project as we went, and periodically I didn't know where we stood with our budget. It all worked out, but a wiser me would have planned a smaller project to begin with. We ended up replacing some siding and wood rot per Dean's suggestion, and it was definitely the right call. Overall, I'd highly recommend H3 for medium-size projects!"

"Laura made the project so easy for me considering that we gave her a very tight time frame to work in. She was always very prepared for our meetings together and usually pulled several samples for me to choose between. The best part was that Laura and I always saw eye to eye on everything! And she sometimes pushed me outside of my normal design aesthetic and those are the items/furniture I love the most. We live in a small, private community where everyone knows each other's houses. Our friends are so amazed when they come visit and see the changes that we made. I recommend Laura to everyone!"

"The bathroom remodels included removing the existing shower, bathtub, and existing vanities down to the studs. Aldrich Contracting then installed a new onyx shower, tile flooring, toilet, vanity with granite top, plumbing, lighting, and drywall repair in the master bath. They installed a new tub base, wall and floor tile, toilet, vanity with a quartz top, plumbing, lighting, vent fan, and drywall repair in the hall bath. One of the things we really liked about working with Dave Aldrich was that he has a lot of remodeling experience and was helpful at creating the vision for our bathrooms. In addition, he gave us a list of supply companies in the area that we could go visit to pick out specific items (e.g. faucets, tile, light fixtures, etc.) that we wanted. Or if you prefer to have more assistance with design or item selection, Celia Aldrich is an interior designer who can help you. We appreciated that Aldrich Contracting uses good quality products in their remodels. We used Aldrich Contracting about 9 years ago for a kitchen remodel and have found that the workmanship and quality of products has stood the test of time. The main contractor that did the work on our bathrooms was courteous, trustworthy and very detail oriented. He arrived on time and was very good about cleaning up (as much as possible) at the end of the day."

"It was great to have her expertise on paint colors, candle sconces, carpet, and art in the bedroom. She not only helped us make key decisions to get the guest bedroom we had dreamed for, but she educated us along the way. -- where to shop, how to select colors, how to match ceiling and wall colors, ect. She really set the precedence on what goes into good design for the rest of our home. She let us share our opinion, but provided direction and suggestions when we got stuck. It was the perfect combination of feeling like we had a say, and getting a professionals opinion. <br /> We have since kept our interior design/remodel relationship with Erica as time has went on. She's always just a phone call, text message, email away to provide design help! She has access and contacts with several retailers, contractors, painters, plumbers, etc. <br />"
