It looks absolutely beautiful! Nathan explained everything so wonderfully and we were asked for our input for placement of the bars and shelves. The great thing about our experience with West Shore and these men was that it was finished in 8 hours. Plus they called and said the had an opening and wanted to know if we would like our walk-in shower installed 2 days early! Yes please! Thank you guys for doing such a great job! "The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."
