"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"My historic home had many design and installation challenges, but the team did an amazing job. They ended up moving my plumbing, building out a few walls, and built the floor under my shower pan. It was a lot of work and it was a unique situation but their work was perfect nonetheless! No detail was spared and my shower is incredible. I could not be happier with the work."

"Great job under a tight timeline. The deck looked amazing and staff were knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend."

"I had luxury vinyl flooring installed on my stairs leading to my basement. My experience was positive. My installer Mike was on time, efficient, did a very nice, through, clean job. Consequence of the finished look, asked questions when needed and cleaned up after he finished."

"Not only was he 30% lower than EVERYONE else, but he tackled a 'specialty' project without a change in the price even though it took him about 4 hours longer than expected. -Robert"

"Hired CMS to paint walls in several rooms in my house including stairwell with high ceilings. The quote was at the low end of the range of quotes I received. They were willing to accommodate my schedule. project was completed ahead of schedule, under the quoted price. Jason was very easy to work with and had great customer service that exceeded my expectations.. Paint was done extremely well, and no spills on the stained trim and hardwood floors, nothing on the ceiling. He was very careful and didnâ t even leave a scratch. I am very satisfied with the job."

"Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair price for the installation of oak hardwood flooring in our home. He also installed vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. All floors were done at the same time and it took him approximately 12 days which included removal of old floors, moving of all furniture and appliances, and installation of new floors. Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional and we were very thankful for all the great advice he gave us along the way. This was a big job, and he made it happen! We love our new floors and we know we will love having them for many, many years to come. Thank you, Joseph, for all of your hard work, integrity, and all around great character! We have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. We can't recommend you enough! A+ and 5 Stars from us!"

"Very well. I like my new door and my lighys installed on the patio. The dusk to dawn flood light on the garage is awesome. One light needed tweaking and they came back to do that. All time in a matter of days."

"TurnKey used high quality wood and railing materials and we were VERY happy with the quality of their work. The carpenter was amazing to work with and we were pleased with the service, work and final product!"
