I had created a real mess on my 12x12 marble tile floor by trying to clean the grout with what I thought was an acceptable cleaner. Instead the cleaner etched all around each grout line. The same happened with the shower floor tiles. I finally decided that I should call the professionals. Michael and Grout & Granite Restoration were just the right people. While they were doing the floor, I asked them to check out the counter tops, which had been marred over the years. Well, they made those countertops look way better than the day they were installed. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about stone, keeps you informed about the job, and works until he knows that the stone can be improved no further. They used tarps, plastic, and wet/dry vacs to keep everything tidy. I definitely recommend Grout and Granite Restoration."
