The recent cold and wet weather caused a few delays and issues, but when the weather got nicer, they were back on the job and fixed the few minor issues caused by the weather. The limestone foundation was had a lot of cracks and crevices, but was covered very well. Only found a few spots that were quickly fixed where the shadows and cracks hid whether it was painted thoroughly or not. "Casa Grande Construction was fantastic. We have a vinyl home. We had a water leak and hired Casa to completely replace the vinyl in the rear of our home. When the vinyl was removed there was obvious wood damage to the wall and to the vertical 2x6 support boards. They replaced all the rotten wood and finished the vinyl in a week. The wood repair cost them 2 additional days, but still got if finished in a week. No mess along the way and great communications with me. Highly recommend."
