When the vinyl was removed there was obvious wood damage to the wall and to the vertical 2x6 support boards. They replaced all the rotten wood and finished the vinyl in a week. The wood repair cost them 2 additional days, but still got if finished in a week. No mess along the way and great communications with me. Highly recommend."

"After waiting 7 months for Lowe’s to install and wrap my windows I finally gave up! I did a goggle search and Residential Facelift came up right away. Robert was sympathetic to the problems that I was experiencing at Lowe’s and agreed to help me right away. He came out the very next week and installed my windows. The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22.
