SO he looked at what he had to do and went back to his truck to get his equipment. After about an hour or so of running the electric snake  then flushing the lines, the drains were running free once again allowing the lady of the house to get back to her laundry. The total cost was 120.00 including a promise to come back at no charge <br /> if it plugged up again within a reasonable time. "After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

"Found septic tank overflowing late on a Friday afternoon (due to a water faucet being left on for 24 hrs & flooded fieldbed, but did not know that until after he left).  Called Beard.  It was right at closing and all drivers had went home. Only the the manager was there - and he came on out, was there in less than 30 minutes.  Normally price is half that but this was after hours and the rate was doubled. Small price to pay to continue using home plumbing and not have to stay overnight at a motel.  Very professional.  10 days later had to have it pumped again, did not know field bed had failed.  This was on the COLD morning, they came out at 9:00 AM before it had warmed up much at all.  When I called, office wasn't open yet and the owner  got my call on his way to work, he was very helpful, gave names of a couple of different  companies that could repair/restore field bed.  Driver who pumped tank that time also very helpful, told the Mrs there was a problem downstream of the tank (he didn't know about the first episode).  Could have just pumped it out and walked away without trying to help any further. <br />"
