I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. "Setting the appointment went smoothly. The Person said they'd call if an earlier slot came open and one did. I was called in the morning and offered to get the Tech, Nick< over once he was finished with an emergency in my neighborhood. Nick called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. Very punctual. Work performed and also asked Nick to check the sump pump. He was able to find the retainer clip and re-attached the float. Then he checked the shower pressure at the showered.
