"I had an issue with my garbage disposal backing up, but since I wanted a more powerful unit, I made the decision to go from a 1/3 to a 3/4 horsepower unit. I submitted my request to Angi this morning and Mark (the Quality Home Technicians Specialist) contacted me back almost immediately. Keep in mind, this is on a Sunday morning. He then said he could be here in 90 minutes or so and he was on time. He was very professional and explained what he was doing while he worked. Once the unit was replaced, he found another issue and immediately started addressing that issue which I considered to be "above and beyond" what we was hired to do. Fast forward, Mark replaced the unit, optimized the position of the drain pipe, and corrected the clog issue. As a business person, when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty, I want to amplify this quality which I do not find everyday. Thank you Mark for getting me taking care of on a Sunday! "They told us "Our dispatch fee to come out is $39 and we waive that towards any work or repairs, including diagnostics." The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."

The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
