"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems.
