"The entire process went smoothly. The reservation went quickly, once we paid an extra $200 to reduce the pickup window to 3 days. The pickup and drop off process also went well. The car was returned in the same condition we left it. We would recommend using United Freight."

"The job went according to plan and looks amazing. I met with LR Higgins Inc. late winter and we discussed the job I needed done. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. He updated me on a regular basis to let me know when he thought the product would be delivered and a start date. His crew was informative and very clean. All debris was picked up and swept up. I have used LR Higgins in the past and I keep gong back to them. They do a FANTASTIC job!"

"He went thru the electric from one end to the other checking every thing he could find, found out that he had to change a wire in the plug to change it back to 120 power instead of 220 which the electrician did. then he needed to replace a transfer switch, the fridge was out that took a heater unit to repair it. Also took a new microwave the old one got fried as every thing is 120 in the whole trailer or 12 volt. tuck chased down a new microwave and installed it! he explained everything he did to make a non electrical wiz like me understand. he was a really good guy new what to do how to do it and tell you what he did. he was here quite a while."

"Communicated via email and text to make arrangements for an estimate. Showed up on time for the estimate and setup a time for a few days later to make the repair. Must have been some mix-up on the date and time for we turned off the water and drained the lines only for a no-show. Arranged for another day. <br /> Dis-assembled the fixture and replaced the gasket and re-assembled with new seats and spring and caulked which took 2.5 hours. Stated that if it still had problems that a plumber would have to take a look at it. <br /> When testing the fixture the next day, the fixture still leaked but we discovered that it was not re-installed in the same position-need to offset the handle to turn off the water completely. The handle is very sticky now when adjusting the water temperature. <br /> The receipt for the work was a regular piece of copy paper hand-written. <br />"

"Brian worked with us for about 12 months on scheduling the project as we had significant exterior repairs to porches and trim due to winter damage. He assisted us on paint selection (many different shades) and ultimately we choose a slighly darker shade than was currently on the home. Brian's attention to detail was evident on the finished product. The pallette of Grey is crisp against the bright white trim, and the moldings and bead board ceilings of the porches appear to jump out in detail. Brian was willing to work around repair projects and move on to other areas of the home, while repairs to trim occurred. Some sections of the home were beyond the reach of ladders and Brian rented a Boom Lift to assist with these higher areas. The work took 3-4 weeks, which was a bit longer than some of the quotes we received from larger companies; however, Brian's attention to detail and willingness to work with us on our schedule were welcomed. We would reccomend him to anyone looking for a good value, and great attention to detail. <br />"

"We bought a shed from Sam's Club and paid to have it assembled and installed. We had a bunch of crushed rock left over from our above ground pool and asked the shed company if we could use this as a base for the shed to go on top of. They said yes. When the guy came out to install the shed, he was surprised they said we could use that base, but installed it anyway. The floor of the shed was so uneven and bumpy. I found KM Tottle on Angies list and called them. He came right out and advised us that we needed a wood base to go underneath and that he could raise the shed and install it underneath and that would level out the floor. They came on the date and time planned and the work is excellent. The floor is perfectly level. I would hire them again in a minute. <br />"
