Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. "Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"We needed a new roof on our house.  We also needed new skylights.I was referred to Rapid Home Improvement (RHI) from Mark Pytiak of Green Home Energy, who had done some work in my home. I had estimates from 4 different roofing/home improvement companies to which I had been referred.  From my first contact with Mike Beaty of Rapid Home Improvement, I knew this was the company I wanted to use.  Mike Beaty promptly returned my first phone call and came to my house on time to look at my roof on the date we agreed upon.  He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.  He took as much time as I needed to help me understand his recommendations.  He went up on my roof and took pictures to show me where there were holes and shingles missing.  He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day.  He answered all my questions while waiting for me to decide who to use for this job.  He provided references upon request and answered any follow up questions I had.  We negotiated a price for the job that was satisfactory to us both.  His workers showed up on time on the agreed upon start date. The new roof and skylights were installed over 2 days without incident.  The workers cleaned up my property well and nothing was damaged.  One of the solar shades on one of the skylights was not aligned properly.  The worker who was in charge of this part of the job very pleasantly solved the problem once I brought it to his attention.  Mike Beaty followed up in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied.  We were very satisfied and have had no problems with the new roof or skylights.
