"I am extremely happy with Detroit Concrete Leveling for the job they did leveling my driveway and walkway, and caulking the cracks in my cement. The sales person, Lawrence, was very informative about building codes and what was involved in the process, and didn't talk down about any of his competitors like another company I received an estimate from did. The workers, Mike and Matt showed up at the scheduled time, worked hard all day, and did an excellent job leveling and repairing my broken concrete. I couldn't be happier with the job they did or the professionalism they showed in explaining everything in detail and working with me to get the concrete pitched away from the house the way I wanted. I found the price of $2500 for all the work they did, and the results they achieved, to be very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises."

"I'm very pleased. I had concerns about dust and fumes from the epoxy. The dust was minimal and fumes were not an issue at all. If I had to do it all over again, I'd set up a box fan with filters, as I've seen on YouTube, but even without that, the dust was not overwhelming. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and welcomed my checking in on them. When they went to lunch, they cleaned up their work area, (even put the toilet seat down in the basement bathroom), something I didn't expect at all. I had questions when they were at lunch, and the salesman got the answers I needed quickly. A couple of things I would change about this process: 1. After they were done, cleaned the area for the day, and put their equipment away, one of the workers invited me downstairs to approve their work. If I had not approved, it was a bit late for me to object as they were packed and ready to go. I suggest in the future the homeowner be asked for their approval before everything's packed up. Their work looked good, but this seemed like a manipulative tactic that wasn't appreciated. 2. The more experienced of the two workers explained early on that he needed to remove some insulation but assured me he'd put it back when he was done. When I saw that he'd not put it back, I mentioned it. He refused to put it back, saying "It doesn't matter". It was an odd way to end a perfect job up to that point. I was totally pleased with how everything was handled, and then that comment and behavior from him just put a bad taste in my mouth. That evening or the next day, I received a very nice gift from the company that was just a really nice touch. A couple of weeks later, we had heavy rains and I experienced water along the walls where the work was done. Within a week of me raising the concern, an arrangement for a technician to visit my home was made. I appreciate their prompt attention to the matter. I expect it's very simple like needing more epoxy at the base of the straps, so I decided to go ahead and submit this review. It's difficult to find trustworthy people to do work in your home. I'm very relieved I found a company that is totally worthy of that trust and highly recommend Acculevel. The work they did looks good and solid."

"Tom and his crew were very polite and professional. They worked constantly from the time they arrived until they left at the end of the day. They always cleaned up any mess they made at the end of the day and left the area neat. Chris, worked on the crown mouldings and baseboards and did an excellent job. The crown and the baseboards are beautiful and make the house look so polished. I absolutely love the mouldings and baseboards. The painting was done very well and I am very pleased with every room that was painted. My basement looks fantastic! The flooring and baseboards look spectacular! Tom goes out of his way to insure everything the customer wants is done. He even went with me to Home Depot to pick out the doors and locks. He also did extra tasks that weren't in the contract, such as putting vents in my furnace room because they should be there for safety reasons. I truly appreciated Tom's thoughtfulness in completing jobs in my house because they were needed or would make my home look better. I was very fortunate to find Tom and his crew, because not only were they professional and personable, but they completed all of the work I contracted for and did even more that I didn't ask for. Tom really did treat my home as if it was his and provided high quality work and a great smile too. I highly recommend Tom and his construction company to anyone looking for an honest and fair contractor, who takes pride in the quality of work performed. I only have one project left to do, but I certainly will contact Tom to do that job when I'm ready."

"Fantastic. <br /> <br /> We were not able to find an exact match to the stone tile that was in the kitchen, so Art had to work with something that was close in looks, but smaller in size. The result might have been ugly, if not for the extremely detailed work that Art did. He was able to cut the tile and piece separate pieces together, so they are the same size as the original. He also did an amazing job matching the grout that was already there. <br /> <br /> Art is very detail oriented and always does a super job of cleanup. <br /> <br /> His bills are always very detailed as well."

I had priced our eight other companies and not only was this great company the best price. I have looked around other homes and the work and their quality was by the best I have seen. I spoke with a person named Dennis Merlini and not only did they deliver on timing, quality and price they even put the grass back around my driveway. If I could give them ten stars I certainly would have. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Great job to your whole team. I contacted Easy Home Improvement via their website and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to upsell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate/contract electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were very professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given an electronic paid receipt and pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends."
