He also did extra tasks that weren't in the contract, such as putting vents in my furnace room because they should be there for safety reasons. I truly appreciated Tom's thoughtfulness in completing jobs in my house because they were needed or would make my home look better. I was very fortunate to find Tom and his crew, because not only were they professional and personable, but they completed all of the work I contracted for and did even more that I didn't ask for. The result might have been ugly, if not for the extremely detailed work that Art did. He was able to cut the tile and piece separate pieces together, so they are the same size as the original. He also did an amazing job matching the grout that was already there. <br /> <br /> Art is very detail oriented and always does a super job of cleanup. <br /> <br /> His bills are always very detailed as well."
