"Danny came out and looked at the roof, handled all the up front interaction and negotiations with my insurance company, and made sure I got my roof replaced. I knew I was in good hands when the adjuster arrived and spoke to Danny like an old friend. When he told me he would cover up to $1000 of my deductible, which gave me a free roof, I was ecstatic.
Jeff took over on the materials and replacement side, and was very prompt in coming by to hit my tight schedule before putting my house on the market. Although Mother Nature decided to postpone the replacement a couple of days, Jeff was in constant communication with me about when his crew could get out there. Once they got started they worked until after dark for two days straight to get the job done and did a fantastic job of cleaning up.
Danny and Jeff followed through on the free roof claim and did a fantastic job in the execution. They are very up front about your option to use another contractor if your insurance company is not willing to work with them.
