"The provider was busy d/t the deal but we kept in contact and were able to set up a date.  It went well.  The contractor called before he arrived to remind me of the appointment. The contractor went room by room checking  electrical things from safety to up to code issues.  The provider answered all my questions I had.  After the provider checked everything he noted problems or things I could fix.  The provider then emailed me the next day the results of his inspection and everything we had talked about during the inspection.
