The owner was polite and had information about the one softener they sold and couldn't give a clear estimate if we bought a different one and had them install it. I should have been told up when I first called that they only sold one type of unit. They should have sent a technician who knew something. I regret spending money on the service call to find out they knew little about my needs. It left me with a bad taste for the company's initial communication and scheduling practices. I wish the owner had offered a refund when he realized we got bad advice and couldn't buy his unit."

We decided to replace the current square concrete block patio under the pergola with a round paver patio that connected everything. Jake also recommended a large natural stone block stair to deal with the slope. After getting the estimate we were pleased and went ahead and paid the half up-front to get it on the books. They were able to start only a couple months later and spent a good week working on the project. The old patio was torn down and the blocks carefully stacked. Yard damage was minimized and a very nice patio and path was built. The initial stairs connecting to the concrete patio wasn't exactly what we wanted, and Jake had it rebuilt with no complaints and no additional cost. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned-out, and would definitely recommend them."
