His team completed the addition of a bedroom, bathroom, pantry and breeze way as well as additional concrete work including a parking pad and sidewalks to the front of the house. Scott was very good about making sure the quality of the work met his and our expectations and was done efficiently. Communication was good, and work was done as scheduled, the only delays were due to rainy weather. In addition to the original scope of work, Scott was able to include the installation of flooring and lighting in the original house to the scope."
