"Service went very well. I Purchased our Maytag dryer in 1999. It's been extremely reliable. Recently it began making a loud squeaking noise when running. I called US Standard this morning about the problem and their rep. said they would have someone out that afternoon between 1 and 5. Boris arrived here at about 1:30PM, took the machine apart, checked that the motor was OK, said drum support assembly was the problem and should be replaced. He had the appropriate parts in his van and installed the new parts which included drive belt, idler pully, drum support rollers, and front glides. "tMy first contact with Universal Appliance Service was by telephone.  At that point I told them I had a Bosch stackable washer and dryer set.  After that conversation, our communication switched to email.  In a email I gave them the model number and serial number of the washing machine .  I took time off work to be home for their visit.  Unfortunately they only sent one guy when they need two to deal with the stackable set.  So I wasted my time off work and we had to reschedule  for another day.  That why they are getting a B rating.  <br /> When they returned the work was completed in a timely manner,  they cleaned by after themselves and everything was fine.  Price for the parts and labour was on the high end of normal but competitive . In other words, he price was acceptable. <br /> if you have stackables, you must make sure they are bringing a two man crew or you waste will time off work like i did. <br /> <br />"
