"Father & son team polished our kitchen marble countertops that were quite dull and had not been done for 7 years. They taped everything off and we’re very neat. Marble looks like new! You will not be disappointed.👍"

"Ryan Boris responded promptly to the ANGI notification to contact me. He also showed up promptly for his scheduled appointment. Tri-Point's price for restoring my granite counter tops was reasonable, and my counters look like new. Would recommend."

"They were very reliable and honest. They called to let me know if they would be late. I have granite countertops and they were very honest about would they could and couldn't do due to the nature of the stone. I was extremely pleased with their work."

"We are very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality tile cleaning and sealing."

"Initially, things went great. They were responsive on the phone and had all the paperwork my building required to start the work. There was some initial discrepancy in the scope of work but I take some of the responsibility for that since I wasn't double checking the exact wording on their estimate which was different from what we discussed in person and over the phone. Also, I never saw the main contractor I initially spoke at my job site. He should've been there to monitor the work and check in with me to see if the work was looking close to what I asked for. I told them from the start what I wanted and even showed them pictures of exactly what I was going for, the results were far different. They seemed to cut corners and take no pride in the work they completed. The bathroom work they did was so bad I now have to completely redo it. There are huge gouges in the floor. Throughout the apartment, the stain essentially looks like a bad uneven paint job. They even got it all over the baseboards. They clearly did not polish the floors enough because its rough everywhere. I paid over $10k for floors that look ugly and now there is nothing to do but cover them up with area rugs. Also, some of my personal supplies were missing but they did compensate me for it. UPDATE: After discussing my dissatisfaction with the results, NYC Stone care did try and figure out a way to make up for it and I appreciate their handling of the matter."

"A 1 stone care was fabulous, caring and very professional. Thanks Bryan."

I truly enjoy making peoples dreams for their homes a reality. I am a working man and started my company because the big companies I was working for would charge high custom prices but giving cheap material and bad customer service. I will work with customers to get the best options for their budget. You will be able to reach me anytime and not have to deal with project managers who just push your concerns off. And this will be cheaper than the big companies and better quality. Let’s discuss your project and make your dreams a reality. \nSincerely , Roger Theriault.
