"The amount of work that Opus did for us was incredible. He has so much pride in his work and makes sure every window and door was installed perfectly. Those doors in the photo are 8x8 and as you see there’s no access working from outside yet they pulled it off beautifully. I highly recommend Sina and his men!"

"It went great! I called on a Monday around noon, and Paul came out that evening to give me a quote on 2 replacement garage doors and 2 new, quieter openers. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me, while still making me aware of the best options available. The price he quoted was by far the most reasonable estimate I received. We scheduled an appointment for Friday morning, and Joe showed up on time this morning and finished the job within 4 hours. He had everything set up for us and showed us how to program the openers, and even helped me reset the opener in my car. Highly recommend this company!"

"George was very helpful in resolving an issue that came up after a new build was complete. He resolved a door that was hung skewed and a flooring that had taken on some water because of the builders door install. Very pleased with his work and very proactive communication. You don't get that out of everyone and it's greatly appreciated."

"First of all, I need a new roof on my garage.  However, I wanted him to patch a spot where we had a basketball hoop attached to the roof.  I recently put a new garage door and opener and the wood on the roof was rotting.  So he came and went to work on fixing the spot and patching it up.  It looks great and blends in the original roof.  The old shingles were crumbling when he tried to take them off, but he persevered and finished the job.  I had to pay for two extra hours over the coupon rate, but he explained why and I was fine with him completing the final job.  So far, it is holding up fine.  He really went above and beyond my expectations to complete the job."

"Justin and his helper Anthony did a great job remodeling the kitchen in our 100-year-old house. They installed new tile flooring and backsplash, new drywall, new appliances, sink, plumbing, lighting, cabinets, paint and windows. The cost was around $15,000, not including appliances and tile, which we purchased separately. The new kitchen looks fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased. Justin's dad, Mike, built our custom oak cabinets. They are works of art. We were so impressed with Mike's work that we had him build us a couple of other cabinets in a separate job.
They were here on time every day until the project was finished. It took about two weeks. Overall, the job came in on time and on budget. Due some supply delays -- the windows came in late and we had to order another box of backsplash tile -- Justin did have to come back a few days later and finish those details. The cost was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent.
Justin is professional, courteous and highly skilled. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

FAQs for storm door installation projects in Ozark, MO

For mobile homes, look for a lightweight storm door designed specifically for manufactured housing. A slimmer frame eases installation and reduces added stress on the doorway, while removable glass or screen panels allow you to switch between airflow and complete protection in minutes. The result is solid weather defense without unnecessary weight and a door that remains easy to operate season after season.

A well-installed and well-maintained storm door can add modest value by improving curb appeal, increasing security, and reducing energy loss. If the door is faded, dented, or hanging loosely, those benefits disappear—and may even harm first impressions. Professional installation ensures the door seal is correctly aligned and keeps the hardware in place, allowing the upgrade to deliver both visual and practical benefits that buyers notice.

Most storm doors last 25 years, and high-end models, when properly cared for, can reach 50 years. Lifespan depends on the frame material, glass quality, and the amount of punishment the door receives from wind, rain, or sun. Regular cleaning, fresh weatherstripping, and prompt repairs keep hinges tight and glass secure, helping the door reach its maximum lifespan.

Allow three to five hours to set a standard pre-hung storm door if the opening is in good condition. If you need to widen the frame or repair wood rot, expect the job to take a whole day to complete. A seasoned installer can complete the job faster and ensure the door sits square, seals tightly, and operates smoothly, saving time that often outweighs the DIY time commitment.

Most single exterior doorways can accommodate a storm door, provided the frame dimensions match those of the new unit. Patio and sliding glass doors are the main exceptions because their tracks won’t support the extra door. If you’re unsure about clearances or hinge placement, consider bringing in a door installer to measure the opening and recommend any necessary adjustments for a secure fit.
