"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers. "

"Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."

"Rainier Roofing did a great job of roofing our 100-year-old home in Tampa. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."

"CB roofing did some work for me during hurricane Irma in 2021-22. They mentioned they warranty their repairs for lifetime, since then the same area leaked once which they fixed and then leaked again recently which they refused to fix. BEWARE OF THEIR FAKE WARRANTY THEY ADVERTISE IN PERSON AND ON THEIR WEBSITES! Subsequently I also asked them to fix another leak from Hurricane Helene in 2024 which they quoted me a ridiculous amount (more than the two leaks they fixed in 2022!). Then they charged me a $150 consultation fee. I found another roofer who is doing the work for 1/3rd of the price. BEWARE OF THEM SCAMMING YOU WITH HIGH PRICES. I wouldn't do any work with them or recommend them to friends and family."

I don't know the ones that did the job but I hate it when the big guys try to take advantage of the little guys. Your choice. "

His crew showed up on time, were communicative throughout the process, and did high quality work. "I had contracted with two other licensed roofing contractors and continued to have a leak. Both had made quick fix patches that were very profitable to their companies, but did nothing to improve our situation. Bone Dry Roofing came in and tore out the inferior patches and replaced the membrane theway it should have been done the other two times. Our home was only 8 years old, County inspected but started leaking after the one year builder warranty Medallian Homes gave for the new home. I just wish my builder would have been concerned enough to have hired someone like Bone Dry Roofing in the beginning. As a former contractor, I appreciated the professional quality Bone Dry provided and getting my leak finally fixed right."
