Pipe was paper thin and no where near the schedule 40 pipe that it should have been. That's what forty plus years will do to pipe that is in concrete. Job took longer than Rafael first expected due to challenges with the existing piping and he also need another person. But Rafael rose to the occasion when challenges arise. Rafael and help did a great job and finished in a few hours. I would hire him again without any concerns that the job will be done right and in a short period of time."
