Leon even removed a dead tree for me that was not part our original agreement. I was so pleased with their work that I chose TrueCare over two other companies to come back for major tree trimming, and removal of 4 very large trees and 3 large arborvitaes. Leon had a highly experienced guy on his crew who removed those limbs with great skill. All debris was removed leaving the yard clean. Leon and his crew did a fabulous job on the project!! Leon cares a great deal about the quality of work his crew performs and it shows. They deliver on the scope of work agreed upon and went above and beyond. Communication throughout both projects was excellent. Leon and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend TrueCare Landscaping!"

"Finding someone trustworthy that does a great job with great customer service is hard to do. When the project is expensive it makes it more nerve wracking to decide who to go with. If you are lucky enough to find someone that checks those boxes, they become your go to people for your projects and as well as who you recommend. A few years ago I had Hoffman replace my driveway and was completely happy with their service from initial contact to completion. Years later I’m still completely satisfied with my decision to use them. Recently I decided to pour a shed pad and replace an old back patio. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind on who I should call. Like last time the entire experience was top notch. Jessica is amazing to work with from the start and is very friendly and communicative. The owner Mark really cares about the quality of work and clearly appreciates your business. His son, who runs the concrete crew, is also awesome to work with and really cares about a customer-first approach and performing quality jobs. The rest of the crew is also very engaging and respectful and performs high quality work. If you or someone you know is looking for concrete work I cannot recommend them enough. I have a high expectation for work done at my house and they exceed those expectations. You cannot go wrong giving them a call and having them perform the work. They will continue to be my go-to company for all things related to concrete."

"You will not go wrong hiring Sam! Sam and his team tore out our old cement patio and put down pavers. Sam came to meet with me a few days after we talked on the phone. I interviewed another contractor and decided that I wanted to hire Sam. However, my husband hadn't met him yet, so Sam made the trip back to our house to go over the job with my husband. Sam and his team did quality work and Sam communicated with me throughout the process. He was at our house, when he said he would be and kept his word from the beginning of this process. If I ever need another patio, or retaining wall, I will call Sam again. In this day and age, it is so difficult to know who to trust. I'm grateful we found Sam for this job!"

It was evident that Ga’nesha at ASAP Tuckpointing, LLC was the most knowledgeable and professional person we spoke with. She scheduled Martinez to come to our home and give us a bid. They were able to work with us on the fee to make it affordable to us as we really wanted to use this company. Martinez did a beautiful job matching and replacing all broken bricks as well as finishing them off beautifully and sealing them. We were 100% happy with this company and the job they performed at our home. We highly recommend them!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hope this is a warning for anyone considering using Allen, they are absolutely HORRENDOUS to work with. Never in my life have I spoken with such a disgusting manager. To give back story, we hired Allen to inspect our backflow last July. A member of the team came out, inspected, and gave us a green/blue tag saying we were “all good to go”. He mentioned that we didn’t need any paperwork, and that they would submit it directly to the water district. A year later, our water district called letting us know they were shutting off our water because they never got a passing test from Allen. The manager and receptionist BOTH said it was mine and my husband’s fault because we mentioned in passing that we would eventually take out our sprinkler, so the information never got sent to the water district. DISGUSTING! This was also after admitting that the inspector didn’t work there anymore “for good reason”. After arguing with the Manager who still insisted it was mine and my husband’s fault, they sent out a new tech who straight up told the manager while I was standing there “the inspector did pass them in their inspection and gave them a tag. The information is all here. The office must not have filed the paperwork correctly”. They still continued to send us a bill for the re-inspection. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone that actually cares."
